e-Newsletter Releasing the Imprisoned Splendour e-Newsletter is intended to be an aid or companion to whoever is interested in the challenge of change, growth and development in all the important areas of life. We live in a world of uncertainty and have an insatiable appetite for guidance and motivation. Change is a subtle process. It works silently, unobtrusively, but quite relentlessly if given the right stimuli. I am being encouraged by friends to share some of my personal inspiration and ideas which may help put a new sheen on life and help unravel circumstances that may seem entangled. Many of the thoughts contained in these writings are from my own writings but interspersed with the thoughts and perceptions of many people whom I have come into contact with over the years. They are not meant to demonstrate my superior knowledge of the subject or attempt to impose my dominant will. Perhaps they could be seen as a starting point for improvement – it is you that must decide to do the work.
